Services Offered

A psychological assessment includes the completion of a comprehensive written psychological evaluation report and collateral consultation.

Collateral consultation may involve record review, communication with referring providers, educational professionals, or other third parties relevant to the evaluation

To support a thorough and accurate evaluation, clients are strongly encouraged to provide relevant documentation prior to the assessment. This may include treatment records, educational evaluations, individualized education programs (IEPs), 504 Plans, standardized testing results, or collateral reports from other professionals. These materials assist in diagnostic clarification, help contextualize test results, and enhance the quality and accuracy of the final report.
