A psychological assessment includes in-person assessment, collateral consultation, and the completion of a comprehensive written psychological evaluation report.

We offer evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, including specific testing for Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD, and evaluations to determine accommodations for academic settings.

We additionally offer retesting and second opinion evaluations to help faciliate continuity of care and accurate diagnosis using state of the art, evidence based measures.

All testing options require initial interview followed by in-person testing.

  • Child ADHD Evaluation (with cognitive/IQ testing)

    $1500

    This evaluation is designed to assess for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and to differentiate attention-related difficulties from other possible causes (e.g., anxiety, mood, or learning differences). It includes a diagnostic interview, behavioral rating scales, individual and observer (collateral) measures of executive functioning, attention and processing speed tasks, and cognitive evaluation (IQ testing). When appropriate, personality testing and collateral information from third parties may be included to support diagnostic clarity. This evaluation is often used to support treatment planning or accommodations in academic settings.

  • Child Autism Spectrum Evaluation (with cognitive/IQ testing)

    This comprehensive evaluation is designed to assess for the presence of Autism Spectrum Disorder in children and to clarify diagnostic questions related to social communication, sensory processing, behavioral patterns, and co-occurring conditions. The assessment includes a detailed diagnostic interview focused on developmental history and current functioning, completion of autism-specific rating scales, and the use of state-of-the-art diagnostic instruments such as the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2), when clinically appropriate. Cognitive assessment (IQ testing) and personality testing may also be included to support differential diagnosis and treatment planning.

  • College Preparedness / Transition to Postsecondary Evaluation

    This evaluation is tailored for high school students or young adults preparing to transition to college who may need documentation for academic accommodations. It includes assessment of cognitive abilities (IQ testing), academic achievement, executive functioning, and relevant emotional or behavioral factors. Testing is selected based on the student’s history and referral concerns, such as ADHD, learning disabilities, or mental health conditions. The final report is suitable for submission to college disability services offices and includes diagnostic findings and accommodation recommendations. Up to two (2) hours of collateral consultation (e.g., school records review, communication with providers) are included.

  • Adult Psychological Evaluation (with cognitive/IQ testing)

It includes a clinical interview, administration of standardized measures of intellectual functioning (IQ testing), personality assessment, and any additional testing relevant to the referral question (e.g., attention, memory, mood, executive functioning).   • Adult Diagnostic Evaluation (no IQ testing)

  • Autism (Second Opinion)

    $1,500
    This service is designed for clients who have previously completed an autism evaluation and require additional or updated assessment to address continuing referral questions. It is appropriate when earlier testing did not include comprehensive, performance-based measures of autism spectrum functioning (e.g., the ADOS-2), detailed developmental interviewing, or multi-source collateral consultation. When prior evaluations have not utilized such best-practice, objective procedures, the resulting reports are often deemed insufficient for in-network processing, thereby limiting clients’ abilitites access resources. This evaluation follows a full best-practice model and includes a new clinical interview, relevant record review, collateral interviews, administration and scoring of the ADOS-2 using the module suited to the client, a comprehensive written evaluation report, and individualized feedback with recommendations for treatment planning or accommodations.

  • Autism Retesting – Updated Documentation Evaluation

    $1,500
    Some colleges, agencies, state programs, and third-party payers now require periodic retesting to confirm current autism spectrum status and functioning for access to ongoing benefits or accommodations. This focused evaluation provides updated objective data and documentation using gold-standard instruments. It includes a brief diagnostic update interview, administration and scoring of the ADOS-2 or other autism-specific measures as appropriate, updated behavioral rating scales, a concise written report summarizing current functioning, and a feedback session. The service is suitable for submission to postsecondary disability offices, insurance panels, or state agencies requesting renewed documentation.
